Return Policy


It is difficult to order shoes and wear without trying them on. However most of our customers already know their size. If you don’t, follow up our measurements help. If your shoe or wear doesn't fit right, we are ready to exchange them to the right size or for a refund.


Please read our return policy carefully and follow all of the instructions listed below:


In case of defected products:


   You have to contact us by e-mail and send us a few photos of defected products. Our quality department will thoroughly review your request and in case of confirmed defect, we will make a full refund or will make an exchange free of charge. In this case, you will not have to return products back to us or, in case of factory request, we will cover all delivery costs. 


In all other cases:


1) If you are going to return any item, please contact us by e-mail to get the detailed instructions. Never ship any items back without our confirmation.


2) You have 30 days from the time of factory shipment to return or exchange your items. All items returned within this time limit can be exchanged to appropriate size or refunded less shipping charges. 


3) The returned item must be in new, resalable condition and in the original packing. Worn items are not returnable or exchangeable.


4) You can return your order by regular post. Please include the instruction to the return parcel telling us what you would like us to do with the item. The instruction must include your order number. If you have forgotten the number, contact us at

In case of exchange:

You are responsible for the shipping your items back to us. Once we get your parcel we will make and send new products to you according to your instructions for free. Since we don´t have all goods in stock it could take about 8 days to make them and about 12 for the delivery by regular post. 


In case of refund:

Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the shipping your items back to us. The refund will only be issued to the card used to place your order after we get products back and it usually takes about 3-5 days. 


5) The return policy is not applicable to tutus, costumes, colored pointe shoes and any products made with any specific changes directly for the customer.

But because all dispatches are sent internationally, we would like to ask you to fill in your personal information, shipping address and other information only in English language. All international shipping documentation must be completed in English.
