Return Policy

 

    It is difficult to order shoes and wear without trying them on. However most of our customers already know their size. If you don’t, follow up our measurements help. If your shoe or wear doesn't fit right, we are ready to exchange them to the right size or for a refund.

 

Please read our return policy carefully and follow all of the instructions listed below:

 

  You can return any products of proper or defected quality(for an exchange or refund). The return policy is not applicable to tutus, costumes, colored pointe shoes and any products made with any specific changes directly for the customer.

 

 

In case of return of proper quality products and in other cases:

 

1) If you are going to return any item, please contact us by e-mail sales@grishkoshop.com to get the detailed instructions. Never ship any items back without our confirmation.

 

2) You have 30 days from the time of factory shipment to return or exchange your items. All items returned within this time limit can be exchanged to appropriate size or refunded less shipping charges. 

 

3) The returned item must be in new, resalable condition and in the original packing. Worn items are not returnable or exchangeable.

 

4) You can return your order by regular post. Please include the instruction to the return parcel telling us what you would like us to do with the item. The instruction must include your order number. If you have forgotten the number, contact us at sales@grishkoshop.com

In case of exchange:

 

You are responsible for the shipping your items back to us. Once we get your parcel we will make and send new products to you according to your instructions for free. Since we don´t have all goods in stock it could take about 8 days to make them and about 12 for the delivery by regular post. 

 

In case of refund:

 

Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the shipping your items back to us. The refund will only be issued to the card used to place your order after we get products back and it usually takes about 3-5 days.

In case of defected products:

 

   You have to contact us by e-mail sales@grishkoshop.com and send us a few photos of defected products. Our quality department will thoroughly review your request and in case of confirmed defect, we will make a full refund or will make an exchange free of charge. In this case, you will not have to return products back to us or, in case of factory request, we will cover all delivery costs.

  We accept Master Card/Eurorard and Visa. We do NOT have access to your card details; exclusively AS DnB NORD Banka handles these. GrishkoShop never shares or sells any of customers' information to a third party.  You pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at GrishkoShop.

 

   Once you have clicked on the “Pay” button, you will see your order number and the payment information. If your e-mail was entered correctly, you will receive a return e-mail from us showing that we have received your order. Please check that the details contained in this e-mail are correct. If there are any mistakes in your order, please e-mail us immediately. It usually takes 4-8 bussiness days to make order and about 12 for the delivery through the regular post. 

   You can always find your order here http://grishkoshop.com/account/orders/  and can try to make payment again if it does not go through. If payment goes through you will get payment confirmation email.


   Within 2 business days you will receive another e-mail about the state of your order. If you have not received any confirmation and shipping status within 3 days, please e-mail us at sales@grishkoshop.com verify if your order has been received.

 

   If you don't want to use on-line payment you can send your Credit Card details to us. We will forward them to our bank and they will make a transaction without any extra-charges. Be assured we never save such information.
