Return policy
Please note that the Customs terms differ depending on your country, and we kindly ask you to check the law before you make an order outside EU. Some customs are taking taxes (especially true for Mexico and Brazil), which you’ll have to pay anyway in your country, even if you deny to take the parcel and asking to return it back.
Please read our return policy carefully and follow all of the instructions listed below:
You
can return any products of proper or defected quality (for an exchange or
refund). The return policy is not applicable to tutus, costumes, colored pointe shoes and any products made with any
specific changes directly for the customer.
You have no
an opportunity to exchange such proper products.
In case of return of proper quality
products and in other cases
1) If
you are going to return any item, please contact us by e-mail: orders@grishkoshop.com (or export@grishko.eu for retailers) to get the detailed
instructions. Please, never ship any items back without our confirmation!
2) You
have 30 days from the time of factory shipment to return your items.
3) The
returned item must be in new, resalable condition and in the original packing. Worn
items are not returnable.
4) The returns from the countries out of EU will be accepted when shipped via UPS transport company only.
In case of refund
The
shipping costs for a return will not be covered by our online store except for
specific cases according to our terms and conditions. The refund will only be issued to the card used
to place your order after we get products back and it usually takes about
3-5 days.
The

customer.
In case of defected products
You
have to contact us with in 10 days after you receive your parcel by e-mail: orders@grishkoshop.com and send us a photos of defected products. Our quality department will
thoroughly review your request and in case of confirmed defect, we will make a
full refund or will make an exchange free of charge. In this case, you will not
have to return products back to us or, in case of factory request, we will
cover all delivery costs.

Return
You
have the several options of delivery: you can return your order by regular post, either you can
choose the carrier from the list offered by us and pay to them by yourself or we can cover the cost of delivery to the carrier and your repayment will be reduced on
this amount. Please
include the instruction to the return parcel telling us what you would
like us to do with the item (replace/refund). The instruction must include your
order number. If you have forgotten the number, contact us at orders@grishkoshop.com (or export@grishko.eu for retailers)
