Return policy

Please note that the customs terms differ depending on your country, and we kindly ask you to check the import laws in your country before you place an order from outside EU. Some customs authorities charge high taxes (especially true for Mexico and Brazil), which you may have to pay in your country even if you refuse to accept the parcel. 

Please read our return policy carefully and follow the instructions listed below.

You can return any purchased product of proper or defective quality. This return policy is not applicable to tutus, costumes, special-color pointe shoes and any products made with specific modifications at the customer's request. Such products cannot be returned unless they have a verifiable defect.


Returning proper quality products

1) If you wish to return an unused item, please contact us by e-mail at orders@grishkoshop.com (or export@grishko.eu for retailers) to get more detailed instructions. Please, never ship any items to us without our confirmation!

2) You can return unused items within 30 days of receiving them. 

3) The returned items must be in new, resalable condition and in the original packing. Worn items are not returnable.

4) Returns from countries outside of EU will only be accepted when shipped via UPS of FedEx. 


Refunds for returned items

Once the returned items are received, they are inspected and approved for a refund, which we will confirm to you by e-mail. Refunds are made in the form of back-payment to the card or PayPal account that was used to place your order. We usually process all returned items including the refund within 2 weeks of receiving them.

Shipping costs for returns will not be covered by our online store except for specific cases listed in our terms and conditions.


In case of defective products

If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your parcel at: orders@grishkoshop.com with photos of the defective product. Our quality department will thoroughly review your request and in case of confirmed defect, we will make a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. In this case, you will not have to return the product to us or, in case of factory request, we will cover the shipping costs.

Shipment Instructions:

If you are shipping from within the European Union, you can select any transportation/postal company. We advise that you select a service where your package can be traced (registered mail or similar). If your package is lost in transit and there is no proof that can be used to open a claim with the postal/shipping company, we will not be able to help.

Parcels sent from non-EU countries must be shipped by UPS or FedEx only! To make the process easier for you, we can send you a UPS or FedEx return label by e-mail, which you can print out and use to ship the package to us. In this case the carrier charges the shipping fee to us and your refund will be reduced by this amount.

Please include a copy of the delivery note or invoice, or a note with the original order number so that we can link the returned products to the correct order. If you no longer have the documents or the order number, contact us at orders@grishkoshop.com (or export@grishko.eu for retailers)
