Return policy

Please note that customs regulations vary by country. If you are ordering from outside the EU, we strongly recommend that you check your country's import laws before placing your order. Some customs authorities impose high duties and taxes (especially in Latin America), which you may still be required to pay even if you refuse to accept the parcel.

Please read our return policy carefully and follow the instructions listed below.


Returning proper quality products

1) If you wish to return an unused item, please contact us by e-mail at orders@grishkoshop.com (or export@grishko.eu for retailers) receive detailed return instructions. Please do not ship any items to us without our confirmation.

2) You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving them.

3) Returned items must be in new, resalable condition and in their original packing. Worn items cannot be returned.

4) This policy does not apply to tutus, costumes, special-color pointe shoes, or any products made with customer-specific modifications. Such items are non-returnable unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect.

5) Returns from European countries outside the EU (e.g., the UK, Norway, Switzerland) are accepted only if shipped via FedEx. See shipping instructions below.

6) PLEASE NOTE: For customers outside of Europe, returns cannot be accepted. Due to high return shipping costs and customs duties that exceed the value of the goods, we are effectively unable to process returns from non-European countries. We strongly advise customers to choose sizes and items carefully, as exchanges or refunds are not possible in such cases.


Refunds for returned items

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect and approve them for a refund. You will be notified via email once your return is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (card or PayPal). We typically process returns and refunds within 2 weeks of receiving the item(s).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in specific cases outlined in our Terms and Conditions.


In case of defective products

If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your parcel at: orders@grishkoshop.com with photos of the defective product. Our quality department will thoroughly review your request and in case of confirmed defect, we will make a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. In this case, you will not have to return the product to us or, in case of factory request, we will cover the shipping costs.

Shipment Instructions:

If you are shipping from within the European Union, you can select any transportation/postal company. We advise that you select a service where your package can be traced (registered mail or similar). If your package is lost in transit and there is no proof that can be used to open a claim with the postal/shipping company, we will not be able to help.

Parcels sent from non-EU countries must be shipped by UPS or FedEx only! To make the process easier for you, we can send you a UPS or FedEx return label by e-mail, which you can print out and use to ship the package to us. In this case the carrier charges the shipping fee to us and your refund will be reduced by this amount.

Please include a copy of the delivery note or invoice, or a note with the original order number so that we can link the returned products to the correct order. If you no longer have the documents or the order number, contact us at orders@grishkoshop.com (or export@grishko.eu for retailers)
